Lucarelli & Castaldi, LLP. has secured a $100,000.00 settlement against the City of New York for our client who tripped and fell on the sidewalk in front of his own house causing him to fracture his ankle. The basis for the City’s liability was the City’s failure to maintain the sidewalk.
